Matthew Libby

Matthew Libby is the Implementation Manager for CityBlock's MIH programs, which operate in several urban and suburban arenas across the United States. Matt has been involved in EMS for over 20 years in multiple leadership and consulting roles. He started an ambulance company in metro Boston that he grew to be one of the premier providers in the area. He has consulted for clients on adventure travel rescue, as well as for the oil and gas industry on evacuation and HSE planning. He worked as a flight medic and manager for Boston MedFlight. Most recently, Matt has provided consulting services for several MIH programs. Matt holds an AS in paramedicine, a BS in public health, and is completing his MBA in healthcare management.
